Skello is a B2B SaaS scale-up valued at several hundred million euros, operating across 7 European markets. The problem: the website wasn't converting at the level its traffic warranted. GA4 tracking was broken (inconsistent data across markets), RevOps operations were manual (CSV exports, copy-paste between tools), and the Webflow site hadn't been optimized for conversion in over a year. Marketing teams were flying blind.
I took over the entire Webflow site — complete redesign of all pages with a CRO focus. Phase 1: audit and reconfiguration of GA4 + GTM in server-side mode across all 7 markets for reliable, GDPR-compliant data. Phase 2: CRO redesign — new value proposition, conversion funnel simplification, A/B tests on key pages. Phase 3: RevOps automation with about ten n8n workflows — HubSpot/Salesforce sync, automatic lead scoring, real-time Slack alerts, data enrichment. Phase 4: deployment and localization across 7 markets (FR, ES, DE, IT, UK, BE, NL) with country-specific content and funnel adaptation.
