The problem is structural: Meta optimizes for leads (form fills), not revenue. Result? Campaigns generating hundreds of leads where 95% will never close. Attribution is broken, real ROAS is invisible, and budget decisions are made blindly.
I designed and built Optimzd from scratch — from product design to production deployment. The architecture connects the Meta Ads API to HubSpot via a real-time data pipeline. AI analyzes conversion patterns to predict each lead's probability of closing and automatically optimize budget allocation. The Next.js frontend provides an attribution dashboard that finally shows the real cost per signed client, not per generated lead. Multi-tenant deployment across 7 countries with timezone and currency management.
