Personal Data

Matys Beuriot is the data controller for data collected on this website. It is used to measure traffic, understand which content leads to a booked call, and answer your requests. It is never sold or shared. When you click through to Calendly, the link carries the page you came from and the source of your visit (UTM parameters), with no identifier.

Service providers: PostHog (analytics, data hosted in the European Union); Google (Google Tag Manager and, where enabled, Google Analytics and Google Ads, with possible transfers to the United States under the Data Privacy Framework); Vercel (hosting and Vercel Analytics, cookieless traffic measurement); Calendly (call booking, on Calendly's website and under its own privacy policy).

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to matysbeuriot@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and Trackers

Analytics and advertising trackers are only set with your consent, collected through the banner shown on your first visit (legal basis: consent, article 82 of the French Data Protection Act). Until you make a choice, or if you refuse, none of these trackers is set.

Strictly necessary, no consent required: your banner choice is kept for 6 months in your browser's local storage (key “mb-consent”). Vercel Analytics measures traffic without cookies or persistent identifiers.

Analytics, with consent: PostHog sets a cookie and a local storage entry (“ph_…_posthog”) holding a random identifier, kept for up to 12 months, to count unique visitors and follow page views and clicks towards booking a call. If Google Analytics is active in Google Tag Manager, its cookies (“_ga”, “_ga_…”) are kept for up to 13 months.

Advertising, with consent: advertising tags managed by Google Tag Manager (Google Ads, LinkedIn) only set cookies once you agree. Google Consent Mode passes your choice on to them.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page, or the button below. You will be asked again after 6 months.
