B&Inside started from zero. Literally. No brand, no site, no online presence, no structured catalog. The founder had a product (lifestyle accessories and interior decoration) but no digital infrastructure to sell it. The challenge: create a credible brand, a functional e-commerce site, and generate qualified traffic — all with a limited budget and starting from a non-existent audience.
Phase 1: brand creation — complete visual identity (logo, typography, palette, guidelines), naming, and positioning in the accessible premium segment. Phase 2: Shopify site build with a UX/conversion focus from day one (no "we'll optimize later"). Polished product pages, simplified checkout, GA4 tracking installed at launch. Phase 3: paid acquisition strategy on Google Ads (Search + Shopping) and Meta Ads (prospecting + retargeting). Rapid creative testing with weekly iteration based on real conversion data.
