ART STAFF
ART STAFF is a plasterwork artisan based in Normandy — a rare craft that involves creating plaster ornaments (cornices, ceiling roses, moldings) for historic building restoration and high-end decoration. Exceptional craftsmanship, recognized by architects and decorators in the region. But zero digital presence: no website, no search visibility, no way for potential clients to find him online. All acquisition came from word-of-mouth, which structurally limited growth.
I built a digital experience that reflects the artisan's premium positioning. The showcase site highlights craftsmanship with an immersive gallery of completed projects (before/after, molding details, ongoing work). An e-commerce section allows ordering standard pieces directly online. I created a technical SEO blog with articles optimized for local queries ("plasterwork artisan Normandy", "cornice restoration", "custom moldings Rouen") to capture qualified search traffic.
